Returns & Exchanges
At Shopko Optical, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion eyewear, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All frames and lenses must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Eyewear
Place the glasses, along with their original case and cleaning cloth, securely inside the shipping box and include a printout of your return confirmation.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our lab, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
